How to choose your travel hat

Bonnet

Spring in Portland means (even more) rain. For those of us in need of a little sunshine, travel is the way to go. Packing the right hat for your getaway is key to looking stylish while protecting your beautiful face from those UV rays.

Which hat to take? Well, what are your plans?

.   .   .

Going to the beach with a book and no intention of moving? Go for glamour and shade with our Secretariat.

.   .   .

Hiking out the toxins? Our Amelia will keep you covered without compromising your vision on that variegated trail.

.   .   .

Strolling through villages and towns? Our Bernhardt will blend in nicely at the museum and at the café across the square afterwards.

.   .   .

Following the farmer’s market tour? Our Evie will blend right in.

.   .   .

What to do post hat, if you aren’t planning on a siesta before your next excursion? Take along a headband or two. They are the best solution for hat hair, and will fit nicely in your bag along with that eco-friendly water bottle. Our Emmalie and Sophie bands are both girly and easy to wear.

.   .   .

Don’t forget your scarf. In addition to being adorable, scarves are an easy way to perk up your neutral-toned packable wardrobe.
